| Tensile Testing Metallurgical Laboratory performs tests for the foundry industry which produces metal castings by melting metals (aluminum, steel, cast iron, etc.) into a liquid and pouring it into a mold. Both bars cast into tensiles and the actual casting which is sectioned and made into tensiles per blueprint are tested. 
Specialty bars can be fabricated according to specification such as the B Bar, C Bar, or ICI bars.
