Tensile Test: Specify properties (T – Y – E – RA) |

Charpy Test Information: Type of specimen ("V", "U", Unnotched, Keyhole), Test Temperature, ft-lbs requirements (Min. Each or Average), Lateral Expansion & % Shear needed? |

Chemistry: List of any extra elements needed not including in the basic package, Leco required, grade if known |
|
Fasteners: Preferred test method – Pull full size or machined & tested. Rotational Capacity Tests (RoCaps) ASTM or AASHTO. |

Information to Determine Conformance: Original Size of Specimen, Condition (ex: HT 1100, Annealed, Half Hard, etc.), Class, Grade, Type, etc. |
