Wire EDM allows the cutting of any metallic conductive material leaving only a very negligible heat affected area. Test specimens are fabricated without affecting superficial surfaces from:
  • Aerospace Materials
  • Intricate Parts
  • Hard Materials such as Hastelloy or Stellites
Fracture Toughness blocks are notched using EDM including the Chevron Notch. Subsize tensiles and fixturing are other possibilities. Send your print, we are happy to quote.
