A. Monday thru Friday (all times are Eastern Standard)
General business: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Receiving: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Production: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
Laboratory: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Office hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday hours are as needed
Q. Does Tensile Testing accept Credit Cards?
A. Yes, Visa and Mastercard are accepted methods of payment.
Q. Can I get expedited service?
A. In most cases, given the circumstances, you can contact our Client Services and/or Sales personnel to request expedited turn-times. There may be a nominal fee associated with accelerated analyses and reporting.
Q. Can I get non-destructive testing done?
A. Currently, Tensile Testing can perform Magnetic Particle (MT), Ultrasonic (UT), and Penetrant Testing (PT).
Q. Does Tensile Testing perform Failure Analysis?
A. Yes, our skilled analytical staff is under direction of our chief Metallurgist and utilizes state of the art investigative methods (SEM, Photomicroscopy, Metallography, etc).
