Policy:
Tensile Testing Metallurgical Laboratory provides no-cost sample pick-up for all customers within Cuyahoga County*.

To Schedule:
Contact our administrative specialists at (216) 641-3290 to schedule a pick-up of material or sample(s). Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated.

Information Required:
Please provide your company name, division/location, address, requestor name and expected ready time for pick-up. Sample size determines vehicle dispatched, so please be specific on type/dimensions of material.

Pick-up Limitations:
Our driver does not carry a handtruck or pallet mover. Single specimen weight should be limited to less than 50 pounds per piece.

*NOTE: Provisions can be made for pick-up outside of our normal area. A nominal fee may be charged.

Delivery:
Delivery of tested specimens, reports, etc. is provided when space, route scheduling permits. A nominal fee may be charged. . Please contact Client Services at (216) 641-3290 to request return of your materials.

Information Required:
Company name, division/location, address, requestor name, expected delivery date and job/report number (for samples/material/documentation).

Standard Daily Schedule (Monday - Friday):

• Morning - Southeast (Solon, I-271/ I 480 corridor, points South, Central Cuyahoga County)
• Early Afternoon - West (Eastern Lorain County, Western Cuyahoga County)
• Late Afternoon - East (Eastern Cuyahoga County, Western Lake County)
