Information Required:
Please provide your company name, division/location,
address, requestor name, and expected ready time
for pick-up. Sample size determines vehicle dispatched,
so please be specific on type/dimensions of material. |

Pick-up Limitations:
Our driver does not carry a hand truck or pallet mover.
Single specimen weight should be limited to less
than 50 pounds per piece. Pallets weighing less than
500 lbs may be accommodated. Call for instructions
and price. |

Delivery:
Delivery of tested specimens, reports, etc. is
provided when space, route scheduling permits. A
nominal fee may be charged. Please contact Client
Services at (216) 641-3290 to request return
of your materials. |
