There are multiple methods to send a sample to Tensile Testing Metallurgical Laboratory. They are:
- Tensile's pick-up service. To utilize [ CLICK HERE ]
- U S Postal Service (USPS) delivers Monday - Saturday. Express Mail Services are Monday - Friday
- United Parcel (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), DHL World-wide and other overnight/express services routinely deliver to our facility
- Commercial Carrier. Tensile can accommodate OTR rigs for oversize and high volume sample delivery
- Customer drop-off. Our receiving department can accommodate clients from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (except Holidays) for sample drop-off
When sending a sample please include the following:
- Tensile Testing Work Authorization or Sample Submission Form [ CLICK HERE ]
-OR-
- Test/ Analysis required
- Specification(s)* and/or other criteria related to your requirements
- A Purchase Order, Credit Card Number or other choice of Payment
- Relevant sample identification (Heat/Lot/Batch/Number/ID)
- Client contact, including address, phone and fax numbers
- Expected Turn-time/ Due date required
* You may be required to supply the specification(s), if Tensile does not possess a copy.
