In order to provide you with the best turnaround we recommend the following suggestions (For more details select Sending a Sample on right):

	Include paperwork ( PO, Shipper, Work Authorization, etc.) which lists all the samples along with the information needed for your test report.
	Identify all samples with tags, ink, etc. so they can be matched to the paperwork.
	Include a name with telephone number, fax, and/or email address if further clarification is needed.
