Tensile Testing Metallurgical Laboratory is a complete testing facility for
mechanical, chemical, corrosion, and fabrication of test specimens accredited
to Nadcap and ISO/IEC 17025. The production staff works to designated
commercial specifications (ASTM, ASME, AWS, etc) to meet our customers' quality
and quantity requirements for round, flat or specialty tensiles, charpy impact,
jominy, fracture toughness, stress rupture, embrittlement, heat treatment and
surface treatment samples. Our commitment to meeting your needs is evidenced by
our continued accreditation by A2LA, NADCAP, and other quality system auditors.

Tensile Testing is staffed by highly trained professionals that are members of
many professional associations (ASM, SAS, SAE, ASTM, AWS, NCFA, AWMI) and are
active in the metals industry. This, coupled with experience and training our
customers are assured of receiving accurate, reliable, and verifiable results
in a timely and cost-effective manner. Calibrated, modern equipment enables our
technical staff to work with customers to meet their tightest schedules,
reducing turn-times, and increasing client satisfaction.
Long-Term Commitment
Originally founded as a contract machine shop in 1955, Tensile Testing
formalized its analytical services in 1979 by expanding metallurgical specimen
preparation to include testing in the fields of chemistry, metallurgy,
mechanical properties, and corrosion studies. Continually expanding business
through shared philosophies and goals with customers, Tensile Testing works
today on the products of tomorrow.
